Your own body is the best equipment you can have for training your abs.
When you use a machine like the abs roller or any ab machine, some of your muscles will get tired. When you use your body, you have to have tension on every muscles in your body. Nothing is going to help you to do the crunch.
Now your training your abs!! And you can train your abs every day!! Start with three sets of 10, take a rest (60 sec.) after each set.
